Luís Bernardo Aguiar Burgos (born November 17, 1985 in Mercedes) is an Uruguayan footballer currently playing as an attacking midfielder for Russian giants Dynamo Moscow in which he has recently transferred from the Portuguese Liga team SC Braga. Aguiar started his career with Liverpool Montevideo in Uruguay. After an impressive season he transferred to FC Porto of Portugal but after only two months with the side not being able to reach the first team he was loaned out during that season to Estrela Amadora and Académica Coimbra. On April 11, 2008 Aguiar scored a fantastic goal in a shock 3-0 away Académica victory against Benfica. In July 2008 Aguiar remained in Portugal signing with rising club SC Braga. He was essential in helping the Minho side win 11 of its first 15 official matches netting on five occasions. On October 23, 2008, Aguiar scored from a free kick in another 3-0 surprising win this time against Englands Portsmouth in the UEFA Cup. Luís Aguiar in that season played 28 times and scored four goals in the Portuguese Liga for SC Braga. On 27th May, 2009 Luís Aguiar signed for Russian giants Dynamo Moscow on an undisclosed fee.
