www.ntv.co.ke The continued detention in Uganda of Islamic activist, Alamin Kimathi, was the subject of a heated exchange between members of parliament and acting Foreign Affairs Minister, George Saitoti. The exchange occurred as the Ugandan government maintained that Kimathis detention is lawful. Ugandan immigration officials also denied the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights official, Hassan Omar, entry into Uganda, where he had gone to seek an appointment with the Ugandan Justice Minister.
